Executive Director
Janet Whitfield

Janet has over 20 years of experience in daily operations management, human resources, direct resident care, and activities management in assisted living, memory care and long term care facilities. Janet’s passion for memory care comes from having a loved one that is living with Alzheimer’s and she understands the challenges. Janet has a true passion for helping senior citizens, and it’s obvious when you see her interactions with them. We are grateful to have Janet join our team. Janet lives in the Highland Lakes area and she has 3 children and one beautiful little granddaughter whom she adores.

 

Personal Care Attendants

All of our personal caregivers at CelesteCare are friendly, compassionate, and sincerely dedicated to caring for seniors. Each attendant has completed an extensive, specialized course in resident care and dementia training, and they are available 24/7 to provide continuous support.

 

Resident Care Coordinator

Our Resident Care Coordinator is a staff member who oversees the Personal Care Attendants and the medication process. In addition, this Coordinator works closely with our Registered Nurse Consultants to assure the utmost quality of resident care.

 

Activity Director

Our Activity Director is a dedicated staff member who plans and implements all of the activities and events for our residents. The Director works closely with our staff members and trains them to encourage resident participation. We also have Weekend Activity Assistants to keep our program staffed 7 days a week.

 

Dietary Coordinator

Our Dietary Coordinators are the Head Chefs who oversee all meal preparation for our residents. The Coordinators follow nutritionally planned menus using fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables. Weekend Chef Assistants follow the Chef’s meal plans to make weekend dining just as healthy.
