Gerald Faldyn
Owner/CEO
Gerald has been working in senior care Development and Management since 2008, with hands-on experience as a Developer, Owner and Operator. Gerald is the co-owner of CelesteCare of Fredericksburg, Horseshoe Bay and Llano and co-owner of Celeste Care, the management company providing operations management. Gerald is a managing partner in a new Senior Care Community called Tapestry San Marcos currently in design and construction and planned to open in 2021. Prior experience includes being a managing member of Arveda Care Group which constructed, managed, stabilized, and sold two Alzheimer facilities in the Austin area from 2008-2011. He is also founder and managing member of Longview Living LLC, a technology company designing Senior Care products to enhance the therapy or positive experiences for those with Alzheimer or similar dementia-related diseases. Gerald also brings 13 years of real estate marketing and development experience and 18 years of engineering, marketing and sales experience from the high-tech industry.
Susan Faldyn
Owner/President
As a daughter of an Alzheimer parent, she brings personal insight and experience in working with the disease of Alzheimer’s. Her seven years as guardian of her mother provided her the real-life experience that families are or will be experiencing. Her mother was a resident of three different assisted living/memory care and skilled nursing facilities where she experienced firsthand the interaction between staff and the families and will bring that insight and experience into the CelesteCare communities. Susan is the co-owner of CelesteCare of Fredericksburg, Horseshoe Bay and Llano and co-owner of Celeste Care, the management company providing operations management. Susan is also a partner in a new Senior Care Community called Tapestry San Marcos currently in design and construction and planned to open in 2021.
